How to Create your own Room Spray:

In this series I want to start a how to create a Room Spray, if you’ve just come across this article, please read Nature’s Gift and Nature’s Gift: Continued.

Making your own room spray is a super fun way to use some spare time to be creative and something that will establish a wonderful ambience in your home, workplace or car.

The oils need to be diluted, which will allow you to fully exploit the properties.

Needed:

- Essential oil

- A spray bottle – not plastic

- Water

- Vodka/pure alcohol (optional)

- Glass or aluminium bottle for preparation

- Tablespoon

Method:

Step 1:

Pick which Oil you would like to use, what effect would you like Relaxing, Uplifting or Stimulating effect?

Step 2:

Buy a spray bottle or use one that you have that is empty a great way in reusing empty bottles.

Step 3:

Blend 10 drops of chosen oil with 7 tablespoons of water.

Step 4/optional:

Add 1 tablespoon of vodka or pure alcohol which acts as a preservative but is optional.

Step 5:

Shake well before adding to spray bottle.

Now it's ready to use.
