How it all works?

A super quick bite-size read for you;

In this on-going series Essentials Oil as mentioned on a previous post, have many benefits but how does it work? They have tiny molecules which as easily dissolved in emulsifiers, alcohol and most importantly in this case fats.

This means the oil can penetrate the body through the fatty tissue. Oils should always be used sparingly as too much of it may bring the opposite effect of what it used for.

In one of the methods able to inhale via a hot bowl with a few drops and a towel over your head you will be safely able to inhale it, it should never be inhaled through the bottle. Thus, the tiny molecules are transported through millions of sensitive cells straight to your brain. Which then effects your emotions/limb system which is in control of your body. Therefore, Aromatherapy helps in psychological and physical well-being.
